Wholesale accounts
Prime Haven Market LLC ("Prime Haven Market," "we") sells only to verified businesses purchasing for resale. We may approve, decline, or close any account, and may request updated tax or business documentation at any time.
Pricing
Wholesale prices are confidential to approved accounts and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed on your order. Obvious pricing or typographical errors may be corrected before shipment.
Orders & availability
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Product availability is not guaranteed until confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and you will not be charged for it.
Shipping & risk of loss
Shipping methods and timelines are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Claims for damage, shortage, or errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed for your account. Past-due balances may result in orders being placed on hold.
Resale & brand policies
Some manufacturers set resale restrictions, such as minimum advertised pricing or limits on online marketplaces. You agree to follow any brand policies we communicate with your order.
Sales tax
Orders are sold tax-exempt for resale only when a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file. Otherwise, applicable sales tax is charged.
Limitation of liability
Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranties only. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
